[Tucan6] 6-Month Follow-up / Inter-group collaboration opportunities

Dear all,

 

As we reach the first six months of the TUCAN6-CM project, we would like to
collect information on the results achieved so far, particularly regarding
scientific publications (journal and conference papers). This data will be
crucial for monitoring our progress and preparing the upcoming periodic
reports.

 

In addition, we would like to encourage new collaborations between groups
from different institutions, as this will be key to reaching the expected
results over the 4-year timeline. To support this, we are sharing a matrix
of potential collaboration opportunities (attached), which highlights common
research interests and work package synergies. Please review the matrix and
let us know if you are interested in initiating any new collaboration with
other groups. We also ask you to report on any ongoing collaborations you
may already have with other TUCAN partners, so we can track and support
their progress.

 

Beyond co-authored publications, we will be organizing two project-wide
workshops (1 day duration):

*	One at the end of 2026
*	Another at the end of 2028

 

These workshops will serve as platforms to present research outcomes from
all partners.

 

Additionally, we will promote inter-group connections by inviting
researchers from all participating institutions to join our weekly research
seminars on a rotating basis. 

 

We kindly ask each group to send us:

1.	A short update on publications and conference contributions achieved
so far.
2.	A list of ongoing or planned collaborations with other TUCAN groups
(indicating the partners involved).
3.	Your interest in starting any new collaboration from the attached
matrix (please indicate which ones).

 

Lastly, we are currently preparing the TUCAN6-CM project website, and we
have two logo options under consideration. We would appreciate your feedback
on which one you prefer (tucan-waves or tucan-city).
