[Tucan6] Follow-up on the Project

Dear all,

I’m writing to follow up on the project. Monday we had the information
session, and they mainly went over what we already knew, although a few
doubts were clarified. As a result, they sent us the justification guide,
which includes all eligible expenses and the documentation required for each
item in case it is requested. They also talked about the
scientific-technical report that must be submitted at 24 months, which is
key to the continuation of the program.

They placed strong emphasis on verifying that the outcome indicators defined
in the proposal are being met. 

I would like to call a follow-up meeting, but I will talk with Joerg first
to know his availability.
