[Specx] Status of proposal

Dear all

here is the updated list of pending tasks before we move to the next steps:

- Marina: feedback from Ericcson
- Sofie/KUL: update DR10 (or inform me no update is necessary) and feedback
from CitiMesh and Acceleran
- Andra: update DR6 and provide requested info about TID

The NCP revision process opens on the 13th of October and it's until the
21st. I suggest we target a submission
for Monday the 17th the latest (in two weeks from now), because they may
not accept additional revisions if they
reached a maximum number.
