[Spectroscopy.nanoscience] 5 minutes till the Lecture!

The next tutorial in the  "Fundamentals in optical and ultrafast 
spectroscopy" lecture series will be given Thursday the 19th from 
11:00-13:00 in the Conference Hall at IMDEA by Vasileios Balos. This 
lecture will cover "Nonlinear optics, chi2 and chi3 processes. 
Phasematching. Intensity dependent refractive index (module 1)." As a 
reminder, this 12 part lecture series is intended to provide the 
fundamentals for PhD students and postdocs who are interested in using 
optical and ultrafast spectroscopy in their research.

*This lecture series has now been approved for course credit at the 
UAM*; all PhD students interested in receiving credit should register 
both at IMDEA (allan.johnson en imdea.org) and via the UAM SIGMA platform
