The next tutorial in theĀ "Fundamentals in optical and ultrafast
spectroscopy" lecture series will be given Thursday the 19th from
11:00-13:00 in the Conference Hall at IMDEA by <span lang="EN-GB">Vasileios
Balos. This lecture will cover "</span><span lang="EN-US"
style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US">Nonlinear optics, chi2 and chi3
processes. Phasematching. Intensity dependent refractive index
(module 1)." As a reminder, this 12 part lecture series is
intended to provide the fundamentals for PhD students and
postdocs who are interested in using optical and ultrafast
spectroscopy in their research.<br>

at the UAM</b>; all PhD students interested in receiving
credit should register both at IMDEA (<a
