[Enable6g] Documents : Template and language

I confirm what it is stated in the response from Martin.

I also would like to remind Telefonica and NEC to please upload their
slides of the kick-off meeting to the Sharefolder.

As for the language of deliverables, I confirm English is fine. We need
both PDF and word. The first one for internal records,
and the second, for using the material in our annual reports. We will come
back to you about the template for deliverables.
