Dear Hicham, the deliverables, ppt and minutes templates have been uploaded
to the shared Repository. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have
any questions.
Regarding the language, I understand reporting will be done in English but
I understand the IMDEA team can provide confirmation on that.
