Hi all,

 

When I registered myself I had to upload my contract, however when
registering some researchers from IMDEA I did it without including any
documentation. So, for the moment, please send me only the excel with the
data, so that I can start typing it. Please, meet the deadline 27 March

 

In the meantime, I am checking with the CAM if any documentation is needed
or if is valid like this.

Hi everyone,

I’m writing to inform you about the next task requested by CAM, which
involves registering the team members.

To complete this, you need to:

1.	Fill out an Excel file with the requested details.
2.	Submit the contract of the person to prove the link with the
institution.

If any of the members will be charging costs to the project, an addendum to
the contract will be required, including the project’s funding clauses. If
this applies to anyone, please let me know so we can check what additional
documentation is needed. Attached the list of people registered so far.

Additionally, you must indicate the weekly hours dedicated to the project in
the file. The minimum is 1 hour, and the total hours for the group must
align with the project’s tasks. Please avoid excessively high or low
numbers—just a reasonable amount.

For members without charge to the project, timesheets will not be required,
but be aware that your institutions may have their own policies regarding
this. For example, in our case, we do not allow these hours to be used for
other projects.

Please, send me the file duly filled and contracts by 27 March. Let me know
if you have any questions.
