[Tucan6] Project Execution Commitment - Process Completed

Hi all,

We have completed the signing process for the scientific, technical, and
financial execution commitment document. I have informed and submitted the
documentation to the project departments of each institution, and I have
asked them not to delay your access to the budget if you need to start
spending, as we have already completed the necessary steps, and the CAM’s
budget distribution resolution may take some time to arrive.

I will reach out again once the CAM requests any additional procedures for
the project initiation.
