[Spectroscopy.nanoscience] SPRING SEMINAR (April to July)

Good morning,

Please find attached the seminar calendar for the next semester, 
covering the period from April to July 2025. Please check the dates, and 
if you have any issues, let me know. The rooms are pre-booked. You have 
the time and the room number for each seminar in the calendar. I have 
also attached the attendance tracking sheet for the chairs to this 
email. Note that this sheet differs from the previous one as it includes 
the speaker and chair names alongside the date.

On the first page of the calendar, you will find all the information 
related to the seminars, including the goal, the format for the talks, 
the role of the chair, and details about the attendance and 
participation certificates.

These seminars provide an opportunity for all of us to learn from one 
another and refine our communication skills in presenting and asking 
questions. So, I encourage all participants not to be shy during the 
discussions and to actively participate by asking questions and making 
suggestions. These seminars also provide an opportunity for all the 
programs to come together. We can use this seminar to make announcements 
of any kind and introduce the new members of your groups. So, feel free 
to do that in the coming seminars!!
