[Spectroscopy.nanoscience] Seminar calendar for autumn 2025

Good morning,

Please find attached the seminar calendar for the next semester, 
covering the period from September to December 2025. Please check the 
dates, and if you have any issues, let me know. The rooms are 
pre-booked. You have the time and the room number for each seminar in 
the calendar. I have also attached the attendance tracking sheet for the 
chairs to this email. To all session chairs: please remember to bring 
the attendance sheet so that all participants can sign for assistance 
tracking.

The first page of the calendar contains all key information about the 
seminars, including the objectives, talk format, chair responsibilities, 
and details on attendance and participation certificates. Please read 
this page carefully.

These seminars provide an opportunity for all of us to learn from one 
another and refine our communication skills in presenting and asking 
questions. So, I encourage all participants not to be shy during the 
discussions and to actively participate by asking questions and making 
suggestions. These seminars also provide an opportunity for all the 
programs to come together. We can use this seminar to make announcements 
of any kind and introduce the new members of your groups. So, feel free 
to do that in the coming seminars!!
