[Spectroscopy.nanoscience] Assistance template and a few indications for the chairmans

Good morning,

I am writing to share the assistance template for the chairman to bring 
to each session. Just as a reminder, the chairman of the session is the 
person who gave the talk in the previous session. The rooms are 
pre-booked, so please check them calendar. Anyway, the chair will send a 
reminder about the sessions and take care of what is explained below.

BEFORE THE SESSION

1. Ask for the title of the next talk and the biography of the next 
person presenting.
2. Send a reminder at least 3 days before with the title, room, and date 
of the seminar, and then another reminder the same day of the seminar.
3. Print the attendance document to bring it to the session

DURING THE SESSION

1. Ask if there are new members in the room and give space for 
announcements.
2. Provide the attendance document so the people can sign.
2. Introduce the speaker with a short biography.
3. Lead the question session.
4. Scan the attendance document and send it to sara 
(sara.hernandez en imdea.org)

The role of the chair in any congress or workshop you attend is very 
important for the session to go smoothly and its role is key.
