[Bakeout.nanociencia] Bake-out at lab S12

Dear all,

We are running a bake out in the Lab S12 of our preparation chamber 
until monday morning. We are connecting 9 tapes (7 at the preparation 
chamber + 1 for the manipulator and 2 tapes of the ion pumps).
