[Bakeout.nanociencia] Bake-out in lab S18b

  Hello all,
we are running a bake-out of STM and prep. chamber in the lab S18b with 
10 tapes + 2 ion pumps. 6 tapes connected to RED4, 4 tapes to RED3, 4 to 
RED5 and 2 to RED1. We will run the bakeout probably till the end of 
next week.
