[Bakeout.nanociencia] Bake out S12

Dear all,

We are running a bake out in the Lab S12 of our preparation + STM 
chambers (probably, till Monday or Tuesday). We are connecting 12 
bakeout tapes and 3 tapes of the ion pumps to the normal network.
